McKinney - Kat McKinney and husband Bob own Bobkat Llamas in Valleyford, WA near Spokane. They have been raising llamas for 25+ years. They started with a llama named Muggs and a couple of females. Their herd currently consists of several llamas, mostly woolies and suri’s. Kat and Bob still enjoy all aspects of raising llamas, including fence fixing, poop scooping and toe trimming.
Kat is a retired flight attendant and Bob a retired airline captain. They are both LOWS founders. Kat has also served for several years on the ILR (International Llama Registry) BOD and is a lifetime member of ALSA (Alpaca and Llama Show Association).
